We named my business "2dots1line" because it's like the start of a super cute doodle! With just two dots and a line, I'm on a mission to infuse emotions and doodles of cuteness into your space through my clay decorations. It's amazing how those two dots and one line can unlock a world of adorable possibilities, turning each creation into a tiny burst of joy. "2dots1line" is all about making your space as cute as can be, two dots and one line at a time!
2. Can I request custom-made air-dry clay decorations for special occasions or events?
Unfortunately, we don't take custom orders for special occasions right now.
3. How do I care for and clean my clay decorations?
To clean your clay decorations, dust them gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using water or harsh cleaning agents, which may damage the clay and the resin coat. Display your decorations in a dry, indoor environment to ensure their longevity.
5. Are the clay decorations suitable for outdoor use?
2 Dots 1 Line Clay decorations are primarily designed for indoor use. Exposure to the elements, especially moisture, may affect the integrity of the item over time. If you intend to use them outdoors, we recommend placing them in a covered or protected area.
6. How long do the colors on your clay decorations last?
The colors on our clay decorations are designed to be durable. However, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause fading over time. For optimal color retention, it's best to display your decorations away from intense sunlight.
7. Can I return or exchange a product if I am unsatisfied?
We strive to provide high-quality products, but we don't currently accept return or exchange orders. Each product can take 2+ weeks to be created, so we can guarantee the quality. But if you have any questions about the work's quality, we will work with you to address any concerns and, if necessary, discuss the possibility of a return or exchange.
8. Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders for your air-dry clay decorations?
We do not offer wholesale or bulk order options for our clay decorations. Each piece is handcrafted with attention to detail, and we prefer to focus on providing individual customers with unique, artisanal creations. If you have specific inquiries or special requests, feel free to reach out, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs on a case-by-case basis.
9. Can I find your clay decorations in local stores or only online?
Currently, our clay decorations are available exclusively through my online store. We're constantly expanding our business, so stay tuned for updates on potential partnerships with local retailers. But we also do pop-up stores locally occasionally. If you are local in Iowa, you can probably find us!
10. How are your clay decorations packaged for shipping?
We take great care in packaging the decorations to ensure they arrive pristine. Each item is securely wrapped and cushioned to prevent any damage during transit. If, however, you receive a damaged item, please contact us promptly, and we'll assist you in resolving the issue.
