Shipping Policies

Shipping is done via registered mail services that provide a tracking number, which will be sent via email notification when it's shipped. The shipping fee is calculated by weight, estimated at $4 - $35 or more per piece. The heavier the item, the higher the fee. Some countries will have higher shipping costs. Each piece will be wrapped tightly with recyclable tissue paper and put in a secured box to ensure a safe and sound trip to their new homes. Shipping from my studio in Iowa may take 3-5 days for the US (standard shipping), but shipping out of the States typically takes 1-4 weeks (standard shipping**). We cannot guarantee the arrival time as it depends on the local post office's workload and speed. 

**Please be aware that standard shipping for anywhere out of the U.S. might be a risk for buyers. It is much cheaper, but the insurance is not included. That means if there's anything happens to the package, there will be no cover, refund, or exchange. We don't recommend buyers choose this option if your order is over $50 because this could be a significant loss on your end.

All sales are FINAL. Each item is sold as is. Be sure to look at the video and photos before checking out. Due to the nature of the handmade products, unfortunately, there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges for all items or services once purchased. Customers are responsible for import tax/VAT that customs may charge. Once purchased, customers acknowledged and accepted the shop policies and all possible imperfections of the piece during its creation process. Unfortunately, we're not responsible for any recklessness or mistreatment of the item on your part that resulted in damage. We're not responsible for any lost or damaged package from shipping, as it's beyond my control. The being said, we take extreme care by excessively wrapping the package with reliable protective materials and a use double-walled packing box to ensure no damage to the piece when it arrives.
