⚬ Each piece usually takes at least 1 hour to 2 hours of meticulously sculpting by hand, decorating with acrylic paint, and coating a glossy resin layer, ensuring a shine and smooth texture. Including the drying time of the clay, it could take up to 3 days for the entire process. The total processing time can take 1+ weeks if your items are in stock.

⚬ Please note that if the product says "MADE-TO-ORDER," the processing time will be longer than expected (about 3-4 weeks since the order was purchased) because the items will be made from scratch. You'll receive tracking information once the orders are shipped out, so if you don't see an email with a tracking number, don't worry; the owner is working hard to make your new clay friends. So please be patient!

⚬ Given the handcrafted nature, expect minor imperfections such as specks of dust/lint, little crack spots, minute air bubbles in the resin, or subtle variations in form appearance. Two items won't be able to look exactly the same, but I guarantee the quality of each creation I make.

⚬ The actual color may differ from what you see on your device screen. The variations in shape and colors underscore the manual crafting process and the personalized attention dedicated to each piece.
